Looking for a gentle but effective way to stay flexible and mobile? Our chair exercise class, facilitated by Cheryl Blevins, meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:15 p.m. in the Family Life Center.

Sessions last less than an hour and are geared for all levels of ability, whether you are just getting started with exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness.

Regular movement is important at every age, but it can be especially vital for those in the second half of life and find themselves more sedentary than in years past.

Despite the name that cause people to dismiss them as simplistic, chair exerciseshelp improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being, all while providing a safe and supportive environment.

You are invited to come, try it out, and bring a friend. If not now, when? If not this way, then how?
