Worship - November 9

This Sunday’s message, “God of the Living,” part of the series “Discipleship Lessons from Luke,” reminds us that faith in the resurrection isn’t just about life after death.
It’s about how we live today. When Jesus confronted a group asking questions about life after death, he revealed that God’s life is active now,
calling us to live as people of hope, compassion, and courage. Because our God is living, our faith must also be alive, shaping how we love, serve, and work for what lasts.

When we trust in the God of the living, we see every act of mercy, every stance for justice, and every word of kindness as part of God’s ongoing work of resurrection in the world.
Join us as we explore what it means to live as resurrection people, fully alive in Christ today.

Join us at 8:45am in the Family Life Center for our Modern Worship or
at 11:00am in the Sanctuary for our Traditional Service.

Through dedicated WORSHIP to GOD Pleasant Hill seeks to
REACH out with the love of God and Good News of Jesus Christ,
GROW through worship and the study of God's Word to
SERVE God and our neighbors in all that we do.
